GoDaddy Brand
Twenty plus year ago, GoDaddy started selling domain names to help folks establish an online presence. Since then, the internet has changed entrepreneurship forever, and we’ve evolved way beyond just domains. Now we empower everyday entrepreneurs with all the help and tools they need to grow online, and our brand needed to reflect our commitment to entrepreneurs everywhere. We examined every component of our brand in order to create an entirely new design system. To focus our thinking, we developed our Design Ethos, a guiding principle built on four core tenets (Good Design for All, Humanity + Technology, Thoughtfully Creative, Inspire Joy).
The work that’s resulted from this design system has consistently resonated with everyday entrepreneurs, demonstrating we’re in their corner while giving them the energy to create.

GoDaddy Open We Stand
#OpenWeStand was for anyone who was keeping the economic health of small business top of mind during the pandemic. It was for shop owners minding their customers’ and employees’ safety — and for everyone who stands with small business.
GoDaddy created a pledge/campaign, website, and social content that had resources, inspiration and connection to other small business owners with creative solutions to keep their business open online, even if their doors are closed due to COVID-19. We also partnered with select outdoor businesses to capture and highlight their businesses on our channels. Showing how they adapted their business both online, and in person.
